Do we need Wi-Fi in every accommodation?
Meter communication can use LoRaWAN, so it does not depend on guest Wi-Fi in each unit. Gateways still need suitable connectivity. Displays have their own connection requirements; we assess these with you.
Can we start with a few accommodations?
Yes. A focused setup helps establish what works for your buildings and operations before considering a wider rollout.
Does an alert confirm a leak?
No. An alert flags a consumption pattern that deserves attention. Your team checks the cause on site. Thresholds and severity levels can be configured for your property.
Will this connect to our property management system?
Tell us which system you use. Integrations are assessed separately; availability, data access and scope need to be confirmed before we promise a connection.
What does it cost?
We prepare a property-specific proposal that separates equipment and installation from platform access, maintenance and support, including any recurring charges. The scope and terms are agreed before you start.
Can we use monitoring without guest displays?
Yes. The meters and management dashboard work without guest displays. This also suits shared facilities and water systems such as greywater, subject to selecting suitable meters.
